Our 2026 Winter Competitions Registrations are Open!!

What a year we have ahead at Woopi Netball in 2026…and we’d love you to be part of it!!

We are delighted to advise that Registrations for our Winter Saturday morning and our NetSetGO Program are now OPEN!! Senior Comp Registrations will open in due course (see below).

DESPITE THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CLIMATE WITH CONTINUOUSLY RISING COSTS WE HAVE DECIDED THERE WILL BE NO INCREASE IN FEES IN 2026!!

WE ARE ALSO OFFERING A $20 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT FOR ALL PLAYERS WHO REGISTER BEFORE 20^TH JANUARY 2026!!

There is also a Pay in 4 option availability!!

Here are our Competition details!

2026 Senior Competition (for players turning 15 + in 2026) played on Tuesday nights. Senior Teams decide their own uniform. Expressions of interest from teams wishing to play are being accepted via email to woopinetball@gmail.com

2026 Woolworths NetSetGO (for players turning 5-7 in 2026). Program runs on Saturday mornings. NetSetGO T-shirt & black shorts, skirt, or bike pants uniform.

2026 Woolworths GO Competition (for players turning 8-10 in 2026) played on Saturday mornings. NetSetGO T-shirt or Club Shirt & black shorts, skirt, or bike pants uniform.

2026 Intermediate Competition (for players turning 11-12 in 2026) played on Saturday mornings. Club Shirt & black shorts, skirt, or bike pants uniform.

2026 Cadet Competition (for players turning 13-14 in 2026) played on Saturday mornings. Club Shirt & black shorts, skirt, or bike pants uniform.

2026 Super Competition (for players turning 15-19 in 2026) played on Saturday mornings. this competition will feature a brand-new uniform to be purchased or hired from Woopi Netball.

·         One Registration Fee will cover all 15–19year-olds to play in both the Saturday Super Comp & Senior Tuesday Competitions!!

Registering Online is Compulsory and payment is required online at the time of registration. If you require assistance to Register, please come and see us at one of the Rego sessions detailed below.

Go to the Register Here button on the Home page and be connected to the rego system PlayHQ. PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE 12 MONTH REGO OPTION. Your registration cost may be slightly less than the advertised amount if your previous 12-month rego hasn’t expired. It is calculated on a pro-rata basis. Pay in 4 is available.

SENIOR COMP: Played Tuesday nights. Registration $230.

Ladies & Mixed Teams welcome!! Format to be determined!!

Grading, Tuesday 24th February, Comp starts Tuesday 3^rd March.

Note- Players do not Register until your team nomination is confirmed

Teams will be required to provide an umpire for the alternate time slot, or may pay for one if available. We would love to see all teams give it a go!!

It will remain at the discretion of Woopi Netball as to the final make-up of the Competition/s dependant on team numbers.

SATURDAY COMPETITIONS: Played on Saturday mornings. NetSetGO 5-7 Years $170, GO Competition 8-10 Years $200, Intermediates 11-12 Years $230, Cadets 13-14 Years $230 & Saturday Super Competition 15-20 Years $230. Boys are most welcome to play until 12 years of age.

A FREE COME & TRY DAY plus Rego assistance & information session will be held on Saturday 14th February 2026 at the Woopi Netball Courts, 10.00am-12.00pm. This is a great opportunity for new players/families to come & see first hand how it all works!!

GO Competition, Intermediate, Cadet & Super Saturday teams are Graded from the pool of players in their age group. Players can nominate one (1) friend to play with and we do all we can to satisfy these requests.

GO COMPETITION, INTERMEDIATE & CADET Training is on either Wednesday or Thursday afternoons with players able to advise the day which suits or advise they are available on either day. There will be no compulsory Training for the SUPER COMPETITION however optional Training will be available.

To enable these competitions to proceed we require volunteer coaches and umpires. Woopi Netball will provide full assistance, guidance, training, and resources so we’d love you to give it a go! If you would like to volunteer to Coach a team, please let us know.

The Grading Days are on Saturday’s 21st February, 28^th February and 7th March with times to be advised. Players are very strongly recommended to attend ALL the Grading Days to assist us in making the teams as even as possible. If you don’t attend Grading friend requests become very difficult.

NetSetGO for 5-7years commences on Saturday 14th March at 9.00am at the Woopi Netball Courts.

Our GO Competition, Intermediate, Cadet & Super Saturday Competitions also start on Saturday 14th March.

We are also excited that Walking Netball will again be on in Woopi in 2026! The previous seasons have been fantastic and it will all start again on a date to be advised.

Later in the year will also see the return of our amazing Mixed Hi-Score Twilight Competition. Information will be available in July and it will again be massive!!

Woopi Netball will also be seeking Nominations for our 2026 U11 Development Squad (for players turning 11 in 2026) in February. Participation will be very important for those wanting to start a Rep journey in 2027. All eligible players will receive an email in due course.
